Terms of Service

The service

HiveCatcher gives you secure remote access to the systems you service, over cellular or your own internet, plus the dashboard, VPN and browser terminal that go with it. We may change or improve the service over time.

Your account and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully.
• Only connect equipment you are authorized to access. Do not use HiveCatcher to reach systems or data without permission.
• Do not misuse the service, disrupt it, or attempt to access another customer’s devices or data.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by Ceasoned Inc. through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle you choose. Cellular service is activated only when you start a paid plan; a device that is not on a paid plan stays inactive at the carrier. You can cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
