Remote access for buildings, facilities and infrastructure
Service your systems without worry.
$ ▌
Safe, simple access to the operational technology on private networks, over cellular or any internet connection, without opening a single firewall port or waiting on corporate IT.
Installing yourself? Manual install guide
Easy
One line to install. The installer provisions the modem, enrolls the device and connects it. No VPN project, no carrier fight, no hunting for drivers.
No open ports
The connection is outbound from the site, so nothing on the building network is exposed and IT has nothing to open or approve. Built on WireGuard, a modern, widely trusted VPN standard.
Your hardware, your network
Run HiveCatcher in any Linux environment: hardware you own, hardware from a vendor you trust, or the building system itself. One agent, no dependencies, on x86_64, arm64 and arm.
Hands on the equipment
Reach any device on the OT network and open a shell right in your browser, with no client software. Service it like you are standing in the mechanical room.
Ways to connect
The same remote access, three ways. Billing starts only when a device first checks in, so nothing is billed until then.
Cellular Connect
A HiveCatcher Cellular Connection: the managed SIM and cellular line, supplied and billed by HiveCatcher, roaming AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, plus every HiveCatcher service. The connection is included, so one network outage is not the end of your access.
Connect
The same remote access, VPN and browser terminal over the internet you already have: Ethernet, or your own SIM and carrier plan. We do not supply or manage the cellular line.
Cellular Service Only
Just the managed SIM and cellular line, for hardware you already have. Enter the card code in your dashboard to activate it.
Who it's for
