Why HiveCatcher

Access, not another dashboard.

Plenty of products tell you something is wrong. HiveCatcher gets you in to fix it, and it includes the connectivity layer other tools leave to you.

Have a device? Activate it

Not another dashboard. The network itself.

A monitoring platform with a dashboard of charts.

Access to the network itself, so you can fix what the charts say is broken.

A gateway that collects data and ships it to a cloud.

A secure way in for people, not a pipe out for data.

A hardware box you have to buy from us.

Software that runs in any Linux environment you already own or trust.

A VPN project that needs IT, firewall rules and open ports.

One line to install, outbound only, nothing exposed.

Most remote-access tools leave the hard part to you

They give you a tunnel, then hand you the connection underneath: one SIM on one network, and the integrations to keep it alive. HiveCatcher includes that layer.

The connection is included

Cellular Connect includes a multi-carrier SIM that roams AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, so one network outage is not the end of your access. If you do not need our cellular line, Connect runs the same service over the internet you already have, including Ethernet or your own SIM and carrier plan.

Resilience is built in

Self-healing cellular: the agent recovers a stuck modem (re-indexing, debounced USB resets, a recovery escalation) and you can Recover any line from the dashboard.

Any Linux environment

No proprietary lock-and-key dongle or gateway to buy. One static agent on hardware you own or trust, or on the building system itself.

One vendor, one bill

Access, connectivity and monitoring together, billed per active device, starting when the device first checks in.
